Ensuring quality while respecting our lands

Our attentive wine-making is rooted in an awareness of the vocation and provenance of our native vines. The quality of our work is expressed first and foremost in the vineyard, where we spend most of our days.
The grapes are harvested by hand, in individual crates, collecting each bunch of grapes selectively and scrupulously checking their degree of ripeness. In the cellar, we believe in the ability of wines to mature, evolve and age while maintaining their identity. In the cellar and at every processing phase, we use clean energy from our 13.1 kW photovoltaic system.
